Set goals, learn specific walking tips to align your feet and legs to avoid injury, learn simple stretches, and get support for continuing a healthy walking pro-gram. Sixty minute training tips followed by a 30 minute outdoor walk on the easy, fairly level Bend trails. All levels welcome. Fee: $32 ID $43 OD Level 1 walk – Join us as we go to the Cant Ranch at the John Day Fossil Beds National Monument for a history talk about the pioneers of that area. We'll look at the old buildings, walk the river, go to the outstanding Condon Center to learn about the fossil history of the area, and then a short hike in Blue Basin. A full and informative day.
