Is payment a problem? We have options for you! 1) The “Fun with Friends” plan. The fun with friends plan has been developed exclusively for our Therapeutic Recreation par-ticipants. For those of you who want to partici-pate in a variety of programs, the cost of paying for them all at once can be overwhelming. To make life easier we have designed a way for you to secure your spot on the roster while paying a fixed rate every month. To qualify you must: • Sign up for AT LEAST 4 different pro-gram sessions. • Take the total fee and divide by five months. Pay that fee by the 5th of each month. • If you do not pay the monthly fee you will forfeit your spot in the program and it will be given to someone on the wait list. • You must write “attention Cheryl” on registration and all pay plan checks. • If you need assistance or have any questions please call Cheryl at (541) 706-6121. 2) Third Party Payees We accept payment from the following third party payees: • Deschutes County Mental Health • Full Access Brokerage • Central Oregon Resources for Independent Living • Bend-La Pine Schools If a third party is paying for your programs, your registration must be accompanied by a letter from the 3rd party payee stating the amount that is authorized to be billed. 3) Scholarships Bend Park and Recreation will cover a percent-age of program fees for those who qualify for scholarship.
