Adult/Teen Fitness Teens are Welcome at JSFC Teen Fitness Center and Fitness Class Use Ages: 12 -17 Juniper Swim & Fitness Center Teens ages 12-17 may use the fitness center and participate in most group exercise classes. All indi-viduals under 18 are required to complete a teen orientation ($12) and have a signed waiver before using the fitness center. These in-depth training ses-sions are designed to teach safe and effective use of all equipment, components of fitness, exercise prin-ciples, weight training techniques, fitness center eti-quette and policies. After completing the orienta-tion, 12-15 year olds may use the fitness center dur-ing teen time or with parental supervision. Those 16-17 may use the fitness center anytime. Group exercise classes follow the same age guidelines for participation but do not require an orientation. Juniper Fun and Fit Friends Pre Natal & Post Natal Exercise Classes Gentle paced cardio with strength and stretching exercises that will help keep you fit while you enjoy the shared experience and support of others. Water Exercise -An ideal environment for pregnancy that provides freedom and support while improving circulation, cardiovascular endurance and overall toning. Plus, it’s fun and social! Baby & Me Cycle/Core -Bring your baby in a car seat or stroller to watch as you cycle your way back into shape. Instructor guides you through a cardiovascular workout and functional core work.
