Financial Matters
Please do not send cash to camp with your child. We much prefer a check sent with this form in advance of camp, or if necessary, a check brought/sent along with your child on Opening Day. If coming to camp by car, you will have an opportunity to leave a check with a member of our office staff at our drop-off point in camp. A “Spending Money” form will be available for use in the spring.
The amounts listed below for all Juniors and Inters are required amounts of Spending Money. When going on trips, we will be providing each Junior and Inter camper with the same amount of Spending Money from their own individual accounts throughout the entire summer. Please do not send larger amounts of money for this age group.The same will be true for all Teen Campers during the month of July. All other money amounts will be “suggested” amounts and there will some variation of amounts of money that our oldest campers will make use of throughout the summer, especially during August and our extended trips.
JUNIOR & INTER CAMPERS:
coming out of 1st – 6th grades: July $40 required August $30 required Full Season $70 required
TEEN CAMPERS:
coming out of 7th and 8th grades: July $50 required August $70 suggested Full Season $120 suggested
SENIOR CAMPERS/CITS:
coming out of 9th and 10th grades: July $100 suggested August $200 suggested Full Season $300 suggested
A Camp Eagle Hill Banking Form will allow you to provide your camper(s) with Spending Money that will be kept in our Camp Bank and withdrawn in small amounts when taking trips from camp.
Please note that campers are not permitted to keep cash in their bunks.
